For $1000, an aftermarket system will with out a doubt be better...but I like the factory aspect of it. The actual nav part of it works pretty good, I didn't trust it at first but google maps chose the same route. As far as the apps go...Pandora is awesome, but for me the rest are pretty useless as I would probably just pull out my phone instead. The traffic info works pretty good. All the other stuff works as to be expected. 6" is too small - it should have been at least a 7" like the JBL nav. The Bing maps search is pretty awesome. I think that over time they will add some more useful apps and hopefully move away from stuff like sports scores and stocks.
