I need some advice on tire and rim size for my 4runner 3" lift

Hey guys I need help. I am going to lift a 2012 4runner SR5 4x4 3" and planning on putting 17" wheels, but I am not sure about the backspacing and tire size I should go with so it doesn't rub when turning fully.

36's should fit on stock wheels with minor trimming.

I run stock backspacing and rub at full lock with 285/70 Duratracs (not much since pulling the inner fenders, but still does). There are plenty of threads on this, do a search and look at the Lifted and Off Road threads for some good photos of the various wheel and tire sizes.

I think the rule is that u need 4.5" of backspacing or less for 285 width tires
