That's about right on the labor price with having to custom install and wire/plump the ARB compressor.
Competence ,rather then cost should be the biggest concern as the rear 8.2 diff's are a new design starting in 2010. Make sure you get a warranty on the labor.Very few people know them and they do have to come completely apart for the Locker install and need to set/retorque the gears. Others have had issues with the rear diff set-ups including Metaltech ......

I had Chase at East Coast Gear build my 3rd member(rear diff) and it's not hard at all to swap the rear diff's. Maybe 2-3 hrs work to swap 3rds even if it's your first one with plenty of DIY write-ups on the net. The front diff swap/removal is the one that's a PIA!I've had mine in for a little over 6k miles now and it's(they) been perfect.
I saved and waited well over a year and just went ahead and regeared and put ARB lockers in front and rear at the same time. Gears are relatively cheap($300) compared to the lockers and need to be reset anyways.
