Location of flasher relay for LED mod

Hi all,
New here, just got a 2010 limited. Great truck! Been towing a 3000 lb travel trailer all summer.

My neighbor gave me a pair of LED bulbs and I replaced the day-time running light with them. It is great but the LEDs flash much faster when I turn. I know I could get resistors to match the LED resistance. But just wondering if I can just replace the flasher, or turn signal relay.

Sorry if someone has asked this before for the 5th gen, but where is the flasher relay in our 4runner? (checked the fuse box, don't think it is there).

What kind should I get? (and where?) to make the LED DRL flashing normally when I turn.

Thank you very much! Any comments will be appreciated.

The flasher is sealed in a ECU(plastic box of relays) for all the lights now rather then separate if I remember correctly.
Here's a couple threads on them..............LED daytime running lights?

Thanks, I guess the only low risk option is to go with the load resistors.

Cheers!
