2005 Limited 191,000 miles still going strong

I have a 2005 V6 4WD with 191,000 miles. I have had nothing major go wrong until now. And it's mostly wear and tear on the front CV joints that I had too replace both sides. But I'm now hearing a whining noise and can't figure out what it is that's causing it. I changed all the fluids Transmission, Rear, transfer, differentials. It's a whining noise that's consistent with the speed of the vehicle. I'm concern if I continue driving there may be sever damage to some bearings or gearing. Not sure what it might be. Looking for some suggestions or someone who may of had a similar problem.

Hello and Welcome. I'm not a mechanic, but i think i had a whining noise and it was my idler pulley and one other pulleys. But i'm sure someone will chime in. You should also move this thread in 4th gen, because your 4runner is 4th gen 4runner and you posted in 5th gen thread.
Good Luck!
