Check the thread Eddie mentioned. With seats from a different make, seat rails will likely need to come from your 4Runner or need new bolt holes in the floor. getting power to the seats should be relatively easy, but you will want to transplant the sensors from the 4Runner in order to keep the seat sensor to work somewhat normal (seat design in the Porsche may make this hard/impossible).
Seat mounted side airbags are likely not going to be an option due to signal differences and the design of the bag may not work with the 4Runner cabin design (i.e. the bag may do you more damage then protection).
