2019 Red Barcelona SR5 with 4WD and 3rd row: $35,844 in Texas, not including TTL. Only add-ons were floor mats, tube steps, tint, roof rack cross bars, trailer hitch. MSRP was just under 40.

Well color me surprised. We test drove a 2019 ORP last week as a replacement for the wife's 2018 F-150. I know how these things are built but she wanted to see for herself. Well she was way into it.

That said check local Costco programs. First dealer I reached out to offered $6800 off a 2019 ORP w/ Moon no KDSS so MSRP $42,020, Before taxes but including D&H $34.9K I about Shite myself.

Now as long as they don't dork me around on the trade aka they are w/in a grand of what I want for the pick-up, we will be getting a Nautical Blue ORP w/ Moon.

Do you guys think 15% off MSRP is realistic for a new 2019 4Runner? I see that several folks on this thread got close to the 15% off mark.

Doh! I should've calculated the percentage off of MSRP. LOL! $6,800 off based on an MSRP of $42,020 is nearly 16.5% off of MSRP! That's a great deal!

Sounds like 15%-16% off of MSRP is where I should be :-)

I guess this makes sense. There are quite a few still on the lots here around me.

Guess I bought too early? Looking like 15% is what people are getting now? Maybe location dependent too...

Anyways, picked up on 8/10 in orange county (garden grove Toyota). All online negotiating. Walked in and signed papers.

Magnetic Gray TRD OR w/ KDSS, Entune Navigation, All Weather Mats/Cargo Tray, Cross bars

MSRP: 41,568
Negotiated Price: 36,995

~11% off

Mint 2017 Magnetic Gray Limited with 3,500 miles for $41,500 which included TTL (in KY).

Black leather
3rd row
No running boards (didnt want anyways)
All weather mats, including cargo
JBL

Previous owner never drove it and traded it for a Wrangler. Trailer hitch wiring was still in the factory bag in the glove box. I love this thing. Not too excited with the fuel mileage and hard braking though.

Does this mean you paid 1,000 less than the MSRP?

Pretty much. First owner took the hit. That was the best price I could find in my area, especially with the low mileage and had all the options I wanted.

I've been calling around to dealers all over the SW. Best so far is a TRD ORP (No KDSS, no moonroof, no sliding rear cargo) for $36,888 + $500 doc fee (+TTL).

I'm hoping to get it for 36k+ TTL but that might be optimistic.

edit, nvm. I'm getting some quotes below 36k OTD!!

You could also try Ron Tonkin in Portland. Got about 11% off MSRP. Good luck!

I am also in the market for a TRD ORP, but looking at the 2020 - I live in San Diego. Would you willing to share whom is giving you those quotes? I rec'd 3 dealer spec sheets with pricing on the new 2020's - 2 ORP and 1 Pro, and am about to go into full dealership negotiating mode, I just need a few more pricing options.

Thanks again for any info

I’m trying to help get my mom in a new 2019 4Runner and am trying to find a dealer in the SE. We’re located in central Alabama but don’t have issue traveling to the surrounding states for the right price.

She’s looking for a Barcelona Red or Magnetic Grey 2 or 4wd with third row in at least the SR5 Premium trim (or TRD).

The local dealers won’t budge off MSRP for 2019 even with 2020 models around the corner.

Thank you everyone!

2020 Numbers I received from the Costco Program, posting as an FYI, not going to purchase, would like a little more off.

2020 TRD Off Road Premium
MSRP: $43630 (Appears to be $40 higher than suggested)
Discount: $3047 (Around 6.985% off MSRP)
Vehicle Theft Assist: $249 (Garbage Add On)
Handling Fee: $599
Total: $41431 (Before TTL)
