Maybe some people are really bad at finances and don't know what they are actually paying for but it is better to include as much information as you can. With that I do appreciate everyone trying to help and posting what prices they got. Anyways hope my post helps future buyers.
2020 4runner
TRD-Off Road Premium with KDSS + running boards + blackout emblems (No moonroof) in Magnetic Grey
MSRP: 45,135
My Selling Price: 39,923 (This is including a $500 dollar rebate from Toyota)
My OTD price: 43,728 (California, local fee %7.8)
No Trade in
No downpayment
Private financing (2.25% @ 48 months) at frontwave credit union
I went through over 50 dealers in CA, NV, AZ.
Purchased at Freeman Toyota in Santa Rosa
My sales guy was awesome, no bs, gave me a straight price: [email protected]
Good dealerships I had a pleasant experience with : Carson Toyota, Camelback Toyota, Puente Hills Toyota
Worst Dealership experiences: Riverside Toyota (the worst I have ever dealt with, not just one person but all of them are shady) and Dublin Toyota.

2020 Limited: 42,900 plus tax and dealer bs. Got 18,000K for a trade that was really worth 15,500K. Oh, and I paid cash. So no financing. I'm sure you can do the math. Now they are closed for a long while. So, if you live in a state not closed down, you have to jump now. Otherwise, the deals will be long gone.

42,900 is a good deal for a 2020 limited, I am considering buying a 2020 Limited to replace our 2003.. but since we have a 2014 that we wont be selling I am wondering if waiting till 2021 makes more sense with the possibility of a redesing...

I asked a dealer in my area if they'd do 13% off of MSRP for a 2020 Limited. They said no. I was thinking about trying a few others. Only issue is that I'd probably be stuck with my current vehicle for quite a while, since I'm pretty sure no one is going to buy via Private Party anytime soon. I never trade-in. I always sell on my own.

I got 11% off a TRD Premium with KDSS and sunroof. Also purchased a 10 yr/100k mile Toyota platinum warranty for $2450 but I'm not sure what others have paid for this?

11% off is a nice score. Congrats! Post pics.
I think they could do better on the ext warranty. I paid just over $1K for 8 years 75K miles from dealer in Midwest in late December.

Thanks, I'm pretty happy about it. Yeah, I wondered about the pricing on the extended warranty, but another nearby dealer offered 7yr/100k miles for around $5400...
The 2020's have a lot of safety stuff that they never had before, so I'm gonna tell myself it was worth it, for now.

I recommend sending gamester a PM or replying to his extended warranty post. You can definitely get a better deal going that route.

7 yr/100k usually means after 7 yrs from the day you bought your new car, your warranty is over. If they are including extra 3 yrs, then it should be 10 yr /100k. I bought 7yr/60 Toyota platinum back in 2016 for my 2016 trail for less than 20% of $3500.

Agreed. I was quoted <$1400 for a 10/100k a few months ago on my 19.

There are still a number of 2019's sitting on Dealer lots -- Including some TRD Pro models.
Anyone have any recent dealings on leftover 2019s during the COVID-19 period?
Located in Oklahoma (Gulf States).

I was hoping we would see some aggressive discounts in the range of 15%-20% off msrp, given the current situation. The pricing on 4Runner and other makes/models hasn’t dropped much from what I’ve seen. Maybe this will change in the next 30 days.

I just made a deal for a 2020 Army Green TRD Pro this week. Sticker was 51,439 and selling price is 48,939, a $2500 discount. It has everything but the sliding deck. I'm happy with that price.
This is in Tulsa OK by the way. There are two Toyota dealers here in Tulsa, one is Fowler, the Other is Jim Norton. Whatever you do, stay away from Fowler. Their GM is a jackass.
