"Bluetooth Off" only option in setup

Hey guys:

New member here with a bit of a bluetooth conundrum. Lately, I've been having lots of issues with connecting a phone via bluetooth, and maintaining that connection.

I've had the bluetooth connection with my phone drop multiple times, leaving me with "Bluetooth Off" as the only option in my bluetooth setup. Nothing happens when I hit that option.

This is a recent issue, and have been enjoying a steady bluetooth connection since purchasing in July, until a couple of weeks ago. The vehicle in question is a 2013 4runner limited. I am using a Droid Razr Maxx, and reconnecting the device multiple times has not helped. I have NAV and remote start.

Is there a known issue at play here? Is there some way to get my bluetooth connection back to what it was when I first purchased the vehicle? Any input would be appreciated.

Try to remove the saved phone from your system and then reconnect like it's a brand new phone. Worth a shot and nothing to lose really.... except a few minutes of your time.

Also try pairing another device, this will let us know if it's the radio or the phone.
