Just ordered king front extended travel coilovers with adjusters and 600# springs, dirt king boxed uca's icon 2" coils and rear king extended shocks with adjusters from @totalautomotiveperformance !!! Hope they get here in less than 4 weeks! Although my FN FX wheels wont be until the end of may.... maybe it will all be perfect timing!

Clearance issue uca and reservoir bracket
I got my suspension installed and it is fantastic.
However my dirt king boxed uca is touching the reservoir bracket on the drivers side.
I am thinking I can just ream out the mounting holes of the bracket unless someone has another idea.

Guys do any of you know how much does it cost to refurbish Kings? I have an opportunity to purchase a set of Kings w/o compression adjusters with about 20k miles on them and Total Chaos UCAs for $2k OBO. I was just trying to figure out if that's a good deal given the mileage or if buying them new would be the better route.

Depends how they were used, but 20k isn't much. Unless they are leaking, they are probably good for at least another 30k.
shock rebuild kits run ~$20 a shock
shock shaft ~$60 each
shock lower bearing ~$20 each
shock oil $35 a gallon (probably good for 4 OEM size shocks)
UCA Bushing kit ~$60
UCA uniball kit ~$180

old thread; but i went with Accutune when i purchased my King shocks. great customer service and they will tune your shocks to your specific needs for free if you purchase through them. They still tune shocks for a fee if purchased outside.

Is anyone running 600lb springs at zero preload? How much lift would that get? I would like to keep the lift to a minimum but wouldn't want the 550 spring in their OEM series.
Currently have 6112/5160 set to ~1.6" in the front and a 10mm spacer in the rear giving a 1.25" rake. I'd like to keep it close to that if possible - not looking to run a 3" lift, but I want to keep the 600lb spring I am familiar with in the 6112 setup. If the King setup gave a 2" lift that would be perfect, but I have a feeling the 600lb spring will give more than that even at zero preload.
