Ok, I'm out of reasons now.

Hey OldSchool1959, if you don't mind, I would like to address your 2 statements for clarification. No flaming intended here, just my view.
#2) With the switch installed as I have it, you have the option to have the LED's come on or not come on with the high beams.
Switch depressed = LED's come on with high beams.
Switch not depressed = only high beams come on.
#3 is also covered above, unless you prefer just to have your switch for the LED's come on by itself. Either way you have flexibility.
Here is a wiring diagram for connecting without using a switch:

Thanks for the clarification Saker - no flames taken. I would want to do the LEDs only as an option but that's just my geeky twidget self coming through. My ADD tendencies would likely cause me to accidentally leave them on and I'd be back on this thread to document my woes.

After much thought, I opened up my grill today....to let the SUN shine!
Was easy to do with a utility knife and a propane torch.
That sounded funny, so I better explain.....heat the blade with the propane torch and it cuts thru the plastic grill like hot butter.

You guys spaced/drilled the bumper beam for this; are you able to fish a bolt up through the bottom of the bumper and then put the nut on from the top?
I just put in 20" bar on my '14, by running two 4" stainless bolts down from the top, and "hanging" my bar upside down. No cutting/drilling, and works fine on the road. But off-road it vibrates more than I would like.

I drilled and tapped my bumper, bolted it from the top. Didn't drill thru the bumper and fish as you described.

I just wanted to thank you for such detail on your write up. I ended up ordering a 21.5" / 120W / CREE bar from MicTuning this past week and installed it over the weekend.
I took a different turn on my install and connected the switch trigger into a spare slot (25A) on interior fuse block.
I am awaiting my "stock" look switch but for now I am using an illuminated rocker installed into the lower door side blank.
My mount was created out of 8" zinc plated structure brackets from Ace Hardware (or HomeDepot). They are seriously rugged and I set everything in place with not only loctite but also fender washer and lock washers.
I will add more pictures of the install if anyone is interested and I am sorry for the horrible cell phone pics.
The only part of this I am not happy with is the "trimmed" grill lower. I am a very big attention to detail person and the heated cut was not as clean as I had hoped. I even smoothed things out with a dremel but my lip is still twitching at the lack of OEM appearance.

Yours looks good!
I too am a "attention to detail" person and not 100% on the way my cuts came out, but barring a complete replacement grill with another solution I have to be satisfied.

Thank you.
I measured around the light and I have decided my next project will be a "faceplate" with cut out that will surround the light and attach to the factory grill. I am going to attempt the same look that RBP has with their grill & LED combo.
I am already hunting for material... stay tuned

Thx

Here is the link.... Keep in mind it will surround my light, not the entire grill assembly.
