Frame bolt specs

I've been bolting various things to my frame of late (sliders, rear bumper, etc) and it got me wondering what the existing M8x1.25 and M12x1.5 frame nuts are rated. For example would they be equivalent to class 8.8 or 10.9? Knowing this would help me choose the appropriate class bolt and use the correct torque when bolting things up to my frame. Anyone know what the specs are?

I don't recall seeing many 8.8 JIS bolts, if any. Why not go with the 10.9?
