Shrockworks Trail Edition Rocker trim

I have a 2013 SR5 and I'm looking to replace the rocker trim.

Anyone have this on a SR5 trim??

Trail Edition Rocker Trim, 5th Gen 4Runner

I don't want any gaps or anything where water and debris can enter.

thoughts?

Thanks,
Rudy

I installed it on my 14 LE. Had it painted blizzard pearl (over the powder coating) to match. Looks awesome in my opinion. Waiting for my shrockworks sliders now...

I don't have any pictures of the gap left by mine but there is a 1 inch gap between the bottom edge of the door and the trim. The trim does fit completely flush with the body though. I'm going to try to find some garage door seal or something to stick to the bottom of the door that will seal against the trim before winter hits.

I can snap a few more after work.

I'm interested in these as well. Does anyone know if they will work with Demello Sliders?

I have these with Demello Sliders, HOWEVER you cannot put the end caps on with the Demello sliders, just the main part under the door openings.

I tried to make them fit, but the problem is, the trim pieces hand down too far and not only touch the slider, but are crammed into the slider so hard, it is hard to line up the bolts. I ended up removing the end caps and just running the long trim, but it allows a nice long storage compartment for dirt, salt and water.

Here is an alternative. Some members have been using the 2014 trim as a replacement. I have no clue how to do a simple link to the post so can either use the link below or do the google search for 2014 rocker trim.

hmm the 2014 trim is a good option. If i do lean towards the shrockworks rocker trim, I'm just curious if the rear fender flare will have a sharp edge on the bottom? or will the trim be flush to the bottom of the fender flare

Anyone purchased these lately?

I have a 2010 limited that I'd like to put them on but previous comments make me hesitant about the gap. I live in Seattle and will encounter a lot of rain and snow.
