Shrockworks Bumper + Warn M8000s Installed on 2014

I know there aren't many out there yet so here are some pics of the shrockworks bumper/bullbar on my 2014. I also installed the tried and true Warn M-8000s. I want to give a thanks to Josh Bertschy and his crew over at Baertrax Offroad in Dallas who did the install. There are not many shops I would trust with my truck, but their team, are in my opinion, the best in the business and still understand what customer service is.

I would also like to thank Mark @ Shrockworks who was always quick to respond to questions and other communications. Shrockworks delivered a top notch product, that was well worth the wait.

I will probably do a build thread soon, but wanted to get some pictures on the forum.

Wow...that looks massive on there from the front, yet the side view looks really integrated. Really like the paint to match too.

Did Shrockworks fabricate the body piece to fill in between the lights and bumper as part of the bumper package or did your shop do that?

Thanks man. Shrockworks includes them in the package, as well as the lower grill insert. Everything was powdercoat white gloss except the grill insert which we left black.

We also installed the Shrockworks engine skid as well, because the stocker would require some minor modification. I already had the skids planned so went ahead and ordered the engine skid to knock that one out.

By the way... also been following your build and love what you have done!

Okay, thanks; the bumper looks well thought out. Can you post pics of the grille insert and skid plates sometime when you have a chance?

Thanks for the compliment too!

Here is the grill insert (pardon the bugs on the bumper from driving last night):

Here is a side shot of the skid. The silver portion is part of the bumper... the skid itself is all black.

The bumper looks great. Good to see you went with white instead of flat black.

Nice. I had been thinking about going with the body color if I went this route. How much was the bumper? I've only seen one figure and it was out of my price range.

Agreed. I think it's the full hoops that throws it off a bit.

Did you upgrade suspension to account for the weight?

man that looks hot

this is on my short but long wait list.

would love to get that, but @ 137 lbs, would I have to do a suspension or something upgrade?

from what I have read yes and no depending or did I search and read incorrectly.

I am running stock springs... truck feels alot better and way more solid with the weight addition. I will probably move to OME springs soon BUT it isn't a necessary thing. Just running 5100's at max height.

I got word from a shop in houston that they have done quite a few on stock springs.. so suspension upgrade isn't a req... though I would recommend a lift (even if you didn't have use for it... just for looks).

Keep in mind the winch also adds another 60 Lb's or so. I went with synthetic this time for a variety of reasons, one of which was some bit of weight savings.

Yes... and it is thick steel...VERY sturdy with no flex. This whole thing is solid.

Looks awesome, and thanks for being the first to get pics up.
Any way you could post a pic or two of the bottle protection area? Just curious....
