Rear emblem- need opinions

What do y'all think? I've blacked out the sr5 logos on the side and front Toyota emblem. Should I keep it all black or just peel it off and keep the chrome letters black (think inverse of trail editions)
Here's what it looks like now

I like it. But I also think it would look good with the emblem chrome and letters blacked out. I'm thinking about doing this. Please post a pic if you peel off the logo and leave the letters. Cheers!

Please forgive a stupid question- but when you peel off the parts you want to uncover- how is it that it doesn't all come off? Do you have to trim around it with a taser, etc? Gratzie.

I just did the same thing to my silver 4th gen. I didnt like it at first but it has grown on me, the chrome had to go. Added some matte black trd off road decals too, so Im digging the new the look. If its colour matched, Id say just do the letters and emblems in black.

It's using a paint called plastidip which is essentially sprayable rubber type coating. It just peals off if you want to remove it. Google or YouTube it. Pretty awesome stuff. If there's anytype of edge or small gap it will peal along it.

Well If I peal it off I'm going to keep letters and emblem black. All my other chrome is black so I don't think id want the logo to be chrome. I'm still unsure whether I should pull it or not.

Definitely peel off the letters and the logo to give it a trail look. When it's all black, it just looks featureless and boring --- as though you're ashamed you're driving a 4Runner. Show a little pride. :-)

Is the whole plastic piece the letters are mounted on color matched with the rig? On my TEP that piece is already black and I have chrome letters and emblem. If that is the case, I completely agree with leaving them both black.
