LED interior lights
I want to replace all of the interior bulbs inside. I think this is the full list of bulbs for the inside. Am I miss anything? What are the door panel bulbs? And what are you guys running in them? It seems like the "kits" are just a few of the lights and not anything. I don't want to by multiple brands because I don't want color differences from one to another, I want all matching, bright, and long lasting. I searched the forum but a lot of what I found was talk of cheap kits from amazon/ebay. I'm also currious as to what you guys are using for the 194 push in type bulbs, it seems like theres a ton of options for those.
Any input would be appreciated.
From Silvania's lamp replacement guide
2 vanity/mirror lights -175
2 map lights - 168
1 dome light - DE3175
4 door panel lights - ???
2 rear hatch/cargo area lights -DE3175
I'd also like to do the puddle lights in the side view mirror housings (what bulbs are they?) and the plate light bulbs (194).

I want to replace my interior light bulbs with leds too. I saw Precision Led on YouTube and they have a kit with the leds and tools to use. Their instructional videos are good. Not sure what year your 4runner is, but here's the link for a 2013 led kit from them. http://www.precisionled.com/toyota-4...9-present.html
Also - here's an installation video.

Lots and lots and lots of threads on this topic. You can learn a ton and probably get all of your questions answered by cruising through those prior threads. For me personally---I ended up ordering replacements for all interior bulbs on my 2014 through High Performance LED Car Lighting, Light Bulbs, LED Headlights, Taillights, Turn Signals, and Brake Lights. I've been extremely happy with the results...

Check this link, its where I got all the info when I did the swap. Def a great idea, the LEDs are so much brighter and whiter that its a nice upgrade.

Has anyone on here with a 5th gen actually bought the Precision Led kit? I contacted them because the numbers seemed wrong, they responded back saying they verified the numbers are right. I'm ready to buy but it still seems odd that it comes with 4 dome lights and 1 trunk light.

I've been doing a lot searching online and it's getting frustrated. I'm just trying to find a good quality COMPLETE kit all from the same company so it all matches. 2 map lights, 2 visor lights, 1 glove box light, 1 dome light, 2 rear hatch lights, 4 door panel lights, and for the outside 2 side mirror puddle lights and 2 license plate lights.

Agreed. Also- I'm not seeing the puddle lights included- or did I miss it? Thx for posting that video- it was super helpful. I'm comfortable with install on all but the puddle light. That looks a little tricky. I'd hate to fug something up.

They "checked with their technician" the first time I emailed and said they were correct and wha you get is what's listed. I'm like you don't understand, what's listed doesn't evenatch what's in your own company's install video. I'm like it is not correct, I want to buy the premium kit but unless you can garantee it's everything I need and your willing to sent me whatever is missing free of charge I'm going to buy the stuff somewhere else. Then they actually looked into and fund I was correct. They emailed back acknowledging the messed up and the website was wrong and they just fixed it. So I made the purchase with all the extra options, we'll see what happens.
