Bumper and winch from the t4r in the sema show

Hey guys,
I have a 5th gen limited, looking to lift, tires, underbody protection, add lockers, winch, sliders and rack.... lights.
It will (does) see moderate rocks and dirt.
In the future, I may swap out to stronger bumpers if/when I hit the bodywork.
For now, I am looking to keep the body looking stock, I really like what toyota did in the picture attached.
I understand that it is a smitybuilt winch, who makes the actual bumper? It's cut right? But, did they just mount it to the stock bumper under the cover? I really want that look.
Also, how does one go about getting a bullbar like in the baja 4runner below?
As far as the rack goes, I understand ya'll love the gobi's. Why? Yakima is like a fifth of the price? Is it 5x more secure? Is the steel that much better? I fail to understand and need some enlightening.

The bull bar in the race truck picture is part of the roll cage that runs from the front to the rear of that 4Runner (you can see the tubing in the interior). Not a commercial product. The SEMA 4runner is under discussion here.

Just my opinion here, but the Gobi is a full length rack with a higher weight capacity that the Yakima. It lends itself to more capacity. I personally have a full length Baja Rack. Same deal. Its just a personal choice.
