Cracking/Snapping Noise Front Driver's Side

I am trying to figure out a cracking/snapping noise I hear when going over speed humps (not bumps, humps are wider) or when the suspension extends and compresses when changing elevations (i.e. pulling out onto a street from a side street that may be at a 15 degree angle, right when the tires hit and the suspension responds). In the cab it sounds (and feels) like a pop. It happens maybe 1 out of 3 times.

Have already torn down the entire assembly on the driver's left side and have seen or felt nothing wrong. The ball joints have been replaced, the tie rods also, and the shocks were replaced with Bilstein adjustables inside stock springs.

Dealership confirms they can hear it right when my tires hit the alignment machine when driving the vehicle onto the rack.

I don't know what else to look for, but don't want to stop because it sounds terrible.

Any ideas or similar experiences out there?

I have this exact same issue. For me, it happens only when I take a right turn. I have taken to the shop multiple times and they can't figure out the issue. Very frustrating

The only other thing I can think of is either rack and pinion or CV axles. The CVs look good externally, but I assume they can be compromised internally.

I don't know if it is an issue. For me, it only happens when I take a turns at a higher speeds. If I am going slow, there is no "pop". The dealership struggled to find an issue because they didn't know where to start. I drove around with a technician and he heard the noise, but could not figure out what the issue was.

Are you completely stock or have you overhauled any front suspension components. I was sure it was related to my overhaul but I have torn down multiple times and don't see anything wrong...
