Do you have extended travel front coils per the stage 2 kit?

Even with stage 2 extended front coils Icon says "compatible with KDSS".

I don't know enough about the mechanics but could be be the 3" rear coils? sandcrawler and harkco have the normal 2" springs, they don't have rubbing issues.

Extended travel front is fine with KDSS, as long as you have aftermarket UCAs.

On the rear, the shocks are what limit down travel, the springs don't matter.

" No, they changed the track bar. So any coil will do this" - ICON ... I am told their engineering team is looking into this, so I will update this as and when I hear anything.

Thank you all for everything. Hopefully they come up with a fix soon!

I thought the rear LCA was the limiter in the rear due the stock one impacting either the axle or the gas tank

FINAL UPDATE : So this is from ICON :

With the new KDSS style suspension we found that the track bar needs to have a 5 degree bend in it. So we basically redesigning the track bar. This process is going to take about 3 weeks to complete. Engineering says you are fine to drive your vehicle with the clunk it makes at droop. It will not do any damage.
- ICON

By far the nicest company to deal with ! Hats off to them for gettin all over this like white on rice. !

Are you using the Toyota track bar, or Icon's track bar?

i don't follow. what is "the new KDSS style suspension" ICON is referring to? they're saying the Toyota OEM KDSS suspension is different somehow? how, exactly?

@sandcrawler - Guess so, not sure how its different, outside my scope of knowledge but it looks like toyota maybe changed something somewhere midway and hence the issue . Sorry I wasn't much help with that answer.
