Help Replacing Lower Control Arm Bushing

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has replaced one of the front lower control arm bushings in a 5th gen yet. I have a seized front cam bolt so I ordered a new bushing/bolt so I can cut the old one off and replace it tomorrow. I've read threads about older 4R's, but the bushing looks different in ours. I'm planning on using a sawzall to cut the cam bolt.

Any tips for removing old bushing? Installing new one? Anything I need to watch out for?

I appreciate the help...I really need to get this done so I can get my post-lift alignment.

Thanks. I've watched several youtube videos for the overall procedure, but none of the make/models I saw had the same bushing as our 5th gen...where it comes as one piece inside a metal sleeve. Just wasn't sure if this changed things at all.

put the LCA in a vice and heat up the outside with a torch and sray/ squirt cold water on the inside, should seperate and then you can get out the big hammer ,dremel and other tools to remove it. This is not a hard process you just need to be committed and not give up.

did you get greasable cam alignment bolt kit?
