2015 SR5P Turn Signal not turning off after turning

So from the beginning of the days when I started driving, all vehicles I owned, the turn signals would automatically turn off after completing the turn. So what the hell am I doing wrong with my brand new SR5? They just stay on and I won't even notice. I'm too young to be having this happen. I was hoping that would start in my 70s.

Self cancelling part is broken. It's normally a plastic part in the steering column. Take it to the dealer for a warranty repair.

My 2015 with 600 miles on it doesn't cancel the turn siginal after I've made the turn. Is this a common problem? If it's broke this early in the game, what causes it to brake?

Only two instances I remember reading about...

Mine does it too, but for a different reason.

A gradual turn won't cancel. A sharp turn will. @K9trainer do a test. A quick 90 degree turn first. Did it cancel? Now a gradual turn. See what happens. Report back.

1E makes a good point. Personally not sure if it's "gradual" vs "quick", but I've observed that 50* turns won't reset it whereas 90* will. Easy enough to figure out sitting at a standstill and cranking the wheel a bit.

Ok I checked my turn signals in my garage and they work flawlessly, even turning the wheel 1/4 turn both sides.
I can't tell you how many times my wife had to tell me your signals still on.
Maybe it was just when I changed lanes. I'll note when I'm driving it this weekend.
