Just got it lifted. 2.5”/1.5” I’m happy with the way it turned out. The Dobinsons KDSS specific lift makes it so there’s no KDSS lean.

Bilstein 6112's in front at the 3rd perch from the bottom which should be the 1.7" lift with KDSS. Rears are the Bilstein 5160's with Eibach 1" springs. Stock tire size, Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I plan on getting 275's next.

Thank you! No, I was going to go down the plastidip path, but didn't have any experience with it, so I ordered black replacements from the dealer near me. Not the wisest financial move but it's done...

20 SR5 Premium - Needs new shoes!
I am in-between tire sizes, 265 or 285's (BFG A/T KO2 or grapplers). I will not be doing heavy offroading, minimal if that. Daily driver. Highway. I want the most quiet option and dont want to modify anything. Would I need a lift if I wanted 285's? Not opposed to a leveling kit. Thanks, (Also, just got the roof rails back from the powder coater...love the look)

You can run a 285 STREET ONLY with just a front leveling kit but you will absolutely have to remove the front mud flaps and do the fender liner mod. Send me a PM if you are interested in a leveling kit, I have 1" front only kits for sale.

Will the BFG’s 265 rub with out spacers or a 1” lift on the front?

No. 265s won’t rub with stock suspension, nor will 275s.

Maybe, maybe not. The stock 265 on a Pro sometimes rubs and the bumper is trimmed at the port. Unfortunately no way to know for sure until you do it.
