1. Little over $200 after 20% on AutoAnything.
2. No plans for leather wrap steering wheel for now because it is time consuming and requires st. wheel to be shipped. As for DIY project a haven't seen many done yet and sources are limited.

little to walmart looking to me. I used to have their wood kit on my 97 runner (was there when I bought it) and couldn't get it off fast enough. After time it starts to haze over and peel

Not true. I've same carbon fiber with polyurethane coat from Sherwood on my 2004 4runner for 10 years now and it looks the same as new.

um yes... it is true. Glad yours is intact but they definitely haze and peel... consider yourself lucky, could be cleaners etc that affect it but I usually dont use anything but a dry microfiber

I've never understood adding fake carbon fiber to anything. It always looks fake, and it always looks cheap. Not my thing but if it makes you happy then play on playa.

Carbon Fiber Wrap
A friend of mine did this on his Mini Cooper. It was so well done I thought it was standard equipment when I saw it. This could be a good fix for scratched plastic interior dash parts.

Definitely a way to overcome the cheap plastic from showing all of the scratches. Not really my taste but it's nice to have another option.
