When used as a step, they are completely bolt-on. If used as a rock slider, there are two lower holes to drill on the passenger side (as there are no factory mounting locations underneath). We have a full install video on the site.

Amazing work!

My only thought is that I don't think shrockworks can get anything out the door in less than 3 months.

I've got a set of AllPro that I won in a draw at a local shop. They're identical to Budbuilt - mine were the first set, so the rep was crawling around under @Intruder 's rig to see how he could best copy them. Haven't heard great things about AllPro though, so I'm not sure what lead times are on orders.

@pelfreybilt currently has SR5/Non-KDSS Trail bolt-on sliders and I have a sneaking suspicion they are working on the KDSS model. They make some of the best armor around.

You should add whose bolt-on sliders require drilling a hole to install. I skipped on a couple of them because of that. It's too new to start chopping up and I'm years away from lifting it (it's her daily for now). BTW, I called Toyota and their legalese regarding the warranty scared me enough to avoid drilling one small hole. Anyways, i went with WKO.

Yeah, I was actually pretty annoyed about that. Talk about having no class or integrity. The guy just got under my truck and started looking around without even asking so he could copy Bud's design. I will never buy anything from All-Pro for that reason.

It would be nice to know if you need to drill or not.

working on it! that may take a little time. If it is easy to locate on the supplier webpage i will add it, if not i will state contact for information.

bear in mind some recommend drilling/welding depending on how hard you are going to be on them, but i will have some time to get into some extensive research on whether additional drilling/welding is required or optional later tonight.

I am honestly just elated to be placed on the sticky page: Modifications, Write-Ups, Quick Links, and FAQ's! With the likes of: @1engineer , @harper7 , @thebwlife , @jam23r1 , @Titanpat57 , @TOYSTRY , @Antman , and many others who i have been inspired by!

Awesome work! This should help a lot of people. Would have been nice to have a couple years ago when I was debating on sliders. Hopefully it gets stickied somewhere.
