Tundras have Stronger Roof Racks

I guess you can haul a boat and tow a broke down Ford...

Lady in the Ford rear ended the Tundra's boat and that's how it stopped. Woman injured after rear-ending boat, sending it over truck | KSL.com

Wow! I know nothing about boats, but that's more than the 250lbs our stock cross bars will do.

I have to admit, I'm surprised how little the roof collapsed and how none of the windows are shattered.

You know, I ride that road fairly often in the Summer. I hate to think of that stupid b***h ramming into the back of my bike, in her POS Ford. I hope they take her license away, and that it costs her plenty.

Yes, seeing this level of inattentive stupidity makes me angry.

So they must not have done a good job securing the boat because it flew OUT of the cradle in the trailer, OVER the Ford and ONTO the Tundra's roof over an 8ft gap? How fast was that lady going!?

No. It was on the trailer behind the Tundra that the Ford is now parked on. She shoved the boat over the Tundra's tailgate and up onto the roof. And yeah, with the rollers they put on the front catch post it is entirely feasible it just rolled right up and over with only a rope and hand winch to hold it.

Oh snap! I didn't even notice that the Ford is ON the trailler! Yeah that makes more sense now, still that's pretty quick clip.
