Trd pro largest tire size?

Sorry if this was already discussed, but has anyone put larger tire sizes on the TRD pro? I just got my inferno and I have 18 in wheels with 33s from my 02 4runner. Will they fit? Love the stock, but I keep thinking they are a little too small.

The best advice anybody will be able to give you without knowing your wheel specs is to stick them on the truck and see what happens.

New wheel size is 275/70-18

https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc...0r17-275-70r18

I was hoping others have already tried and experienced a larger tire size on the trd pro without messing with lifting or changing the suspension.

I tried 285/70-17 KO2 from the FJ and they fit without rubbing. Even with wheelspacers installed. It was really close with the spacers. Note: I had already moved the wheelwell liner forward and trimmed the fender when I installed the spacers. If you already have wheels and tires try them!

That is the tire size. The wheel width and backspacing are also factors that will determine whether you will rub or not.

My wheels are 20x9 -12 offset and they sit pretty flush. I run 275's but mine are a 55 series so it wouldnt be apples to apples.

Never got a chance to try those wheels. Someone offered almost full price to take them off my hands, so I let them go before I had a chance to try.
