Color matched plasti-dip gray w/pics
I have black, and very expensive anthracite gray. I'm not sure I like it. I might re-do it in black for a little more pop. Although, I do like the gray color in general. On my old 4runner I had a little rust starting behind the plate, so I plasti-dipped in black behind it to prevent corrosion back there from water and who knows what that gets stuck behind it.
So far I've only done the SR5 badges and the rear. I'm not sure I'm going to do the front yet, or black/gray. Opinions?

Is the white square on the ground to conceal your parking space number? If you tell me I promise I won't steal it!
I think Black on the back would look better as it would stand out/contrast more. I have a trail edition so my 4runner surround piece is already black and I used anthracite grey and it turned out great.
It all personal preference though

Just imagine the disappointment the thieves will have when they realize they stole a car with the rear badge plasti-dipped and not painted!!!

Grey plastidip
I like the grey on a metallic gray body. My metallic grey 4Ruuner TE has yet to arrive so I'll have to wait and see what Engineer is talking about. If the leters and symbol were surrounded by black then I'd feel like sticking with black.

Ha looks good! I was thinking about doing grey. But I got silver as body paint. Idk if that would show well. Do u have a link or something of where you got the plastidip? Thanks.

I don't have the patience to tape off a dip job like that. I'm just going to go the vinyl route... however that looks incredibly clean!

I think it looks good, i just put a deposit on a new black trail premium myself and will probably go with grey anthracite for the accents myself...

I picked it up from amazon, but it was shipped from dipyourcar.com. Honestly, I couldn't find it anywhere else.

I dig this look. Did you just mask off around the "4runner" and the toyota emblem, then remove the excess?
