Steering Wheel Vibration

Installed the Method NV's on my 2014 4runner and had vibrations at 60-70 mph (kinda weird because any speed higher or lower than the range feels fine.) I installed them without any hub spacers (Method and Discount Tires said I didn't need them since the 4runner bore is only 2mm smaller than wheel.) I had it rebalanced today but still has the same vibration problem but it is not as strong. Any insight into what I should do would be appreciated.

Yes, you do need hub rings or you will always have balance issues. You can get them from Amazon, but get 2 sets as they sometimes get lost at tire places and eventually can crack.

Thanks Jeremy! Hopefully I won't have too many problems with the rings breaking or cracking! Do you think I have to replace them or check on them down the road? And also do they make any aluminum rings? I appreciate your help.

Usually they get lost at tire shops when they stick to the wheels and fall off. I have never found any aluminum ones, let me know if you do.

Hub Centric Rings OD 108 1mm ID 106 1mm Aluminium Alloy | eBay

https://www.motorsport-tech.com/4DCGI/h_centerbore.html

There was another site that sold them for around 30 dollars total but I couldn't find them. Aluminum isn't popular in places where they pour a lot of salt on the roads or places by the coast since aluminum can rust easily (or so an article I read said.) I ended up not having to use the rings as Discount Tire was able to balance the wheels properly/carefully to eliminate the vibrations.
