I'm going to move this to the 5th Gen section for you.
You can also put a Wanted post in the 4 sale section.

You need to specify year and model, there are variations.

I bought a set from my dealer, tried to install them and ended up having the dealer install them for me, tech had to drill holes.

Indeed, there are various flaps, depending on which model (Limited, Trail, SR5) you have. All have different part numbers. You need to know which flaps will fit your 4Runner. They're quite easy to install if they are the correct ones. A complete set from Toyota should include any necessary hardware that isn't already on the truck.
I ripped one of my fronts & the stealer wanted $48.00 + tax for ONE flap. I found a pair of new front flaps on eBay for $20.00 + 15.00 shipping. Now I have a spare for the left front.

Both Husky and Weathertech, on their websites, suggest that their mudflaps will not fit a 2015 Runner.

Nothing changed from 2014 to 2015, just use the corresponding model?
I have 2011 LE flaps on the back and 2014 ones that fit a trail on the front. Still have the front 2011 LE ones somewhere and they are different. Just need to research a bit to make sure you get what you need.

Did you have to remove the rear wheels to put them on? or was there enough room?

I had plenty of room using a 1/4" ratchet with a screwdriver bit in it.
