Heim is often used interchangeably*. I imagine the Icon UCAs have zerk fittings at the bushings. You may want to check with what Icon recommends, but Total Chaos recommends SuperLube grease, and that is what I use.
* My understanding, a heim is a threaded rod end with a spherical bearing in it
A spherical bearing or uniball is the same type of bearing, but can be pressed into a multipart rod end or used in other applications, such as in place of ball joints, or as shock mounts.
