Question Parking brake seize, need help

Even if I somewhat use my parking brake, it's now seize and I'm looking to unstuck them to at least be able to use the truck.

I do have read the manual, but today I removed a wheel and tried to remove tension on the tensioner, but wasn't able to rotate the disc to align with the hole at the bottom. I also tried to remove the disc but the parking brake pressure didn't allowed me to do so.

Any pointer or tricks you may think of to guide me for when I'll try again?

Thanks

Is this an SR5? Limited? 2WD? 4WD? Will the vehicle actually drive forward/backward if forced (maybe try 4 low to move it)?

Need more info to answer this correctly, but if its an FT4WD, you will not be able to rotate the wheel until all 4 wheels are off the ground.

If it isn't, or its 2wd, you should be able to just put a flat bar between two wheel studs and rotate it using the bar as a fulcrum. Of course, if its really that frozen, you may not be able to get it to break loose at all.

-It's a 4wd Trail Edition, so part-time 4wd
-Yes, it can move forward /backward. At higher speed, it made a loud noise as repeatedly hammer sound. I only drove to came home.
-I've drove on 4H this morning prior to remove the wheel, I may forgot to put it back in 2wd.

If its still in 4 high, that's why you can't turn the wheel to get to the service window to align. You'll probably need to roll forward and back a couple of feet to get it to disengage.

Try doing that, then see if you can get the wheel to turn.
