Need more info to answer this correctly, but if its an FT4WD, you will not be able to rotate the wheel until all 4 wheels are off the ground.
If it isn't, or its 2wd, you should be able to just put a flat bar between two wheel studs and rotate it using the bar as a fulcrum. Of course, if its really that frozen, you may not be able to get it to break loose at all.

-Yes, it can move forward /backward. At higher speed, it made a loud noise as repeatedly hammer sound. I only drove to came home.
-I've drove on 4H this morning prior to remove the wheel, I may forgot to put it back in 2wd.
