Driveline vibration after installing front 5100's?

Had front 5100's installed today. Driving home, it seems like there's a slight vibration when I press the gas. Mostly goes away when you let off the gas, but comes back under acceleration. My first thought was driveshaft. Front 5100's are set at 1.75.

Has anyone experienced any driveline angle issues after installing 5100's? I am still running stock coils, and the alignment is perfect.

So you had an alignment done after the install?

Yes, my dealer (who I've trusted for years) did the install and alignment. Spec sheet from the alignment looks great.

Seems like an install issue. Did they test drive it after they did the install?

Yep, it was driven and the tech said it was a simple, straightforward install that went well. I thought about engaging 4wd to see if the sound gets worse or better. I may try that after the kids go to bed

That's definitely odd then. I would let the tech take a peek at it and drive it again now to see.

My curiosity was killing me. Just took it out for a couple mile jaunt and it was smooth. Maybe my mind is messing with me. Ha! I'll try it again tomorrow.

Thanks for listening!

That happens. My wife always says her car runs better after an oil change...

... even if I don't do one and just re-set the light. ;)
