I just picked up a new 2020 ORP, and have TRD SEMA wheels incoming.
My intent is to replace stock tires with Falken AT3W SL in stock size.
I’ve spent an hour reading through this thread, so apologies if this is redundant but I can’t seem to find a definitive answer.
As the TRD wheels have slightly less offset than the stock wheels, and these Falken’s appear to run a bit wide, will I have any rubbing issues on a bone stock non-KDSS ORP?
Had these tires on a Wrangler and loved them, BTW.
Thanks in advance.

I have the same exact set-up, aside from mine having KDSS. While I have not fully flexed out the suspension off-road, the only rubbing I’ve experienced so far is at full-lock in reverse.
It’s not bad, and could probably be handled w/ just a little modifying of the fender. I simply avoid full-lock in reverse.

Thanks. I'm thinking a leveling kit might be easier?

If the tires rubbed before lifting, than they will probably still rub occasionally after a lift when compressed. Fender mod isn't too difficult to do and and is the more effective method imho.

X2! I installed 5100s set on .85 and still have the slight reverse rub. Will do the fender mod one of these days...

Yup, 255's only come in LT. I was running 20psi, but I hit the rock just right and it went right through. I think any tire would have been gashed on that rock.

These wheels look good! What wheels are they? width and offset?

Sorry for the slow reply.
I just had 2 US made Falkens added to my 4Runner and now I'm feeling some steering wheel shake. Finding it goes away after about 20 minutes.

I've been researching wheels and tires for the last week and I'm having a hard time finding an answer. I finally decided to give up and ask the questions I was curious about. I honestly haven't seen anyone on here with a front leveling kit only. At least not where I have been looking.
I have a 2019 TRD Pro with a Cornfed 3/4" Front Spacer Leveling kit. I know that 275/70/17 will work with stock wheels on that setup for KO2s because someone was generous enough to post a picture of their setup without a front leveling kit. I figured if they fit without the leveling kit then they should fit with the leveling kit.
I have a few questions.
1. Will the Falken A/T3W fit my setup in 275/70/17 with stock wheels without any further modifications?
2. Will the Falken A/T3W fit my setup in 285/70/17 with stock wheels without any further modifications?
3. Will the Falken A/T3W fit my setup in 275/70/17 with Method 17x8.5 0 offset wheels without any further modifications?
4. Will the Falken A/T3W fit my setup in 285/70/17 with Method 17x8.5 0 offset wheels without any further modifications?

Here are some pics with a 1.5" Cornfed spacer up front with AT3W's in 285/70-17 with slight articulation. No rubbing with a minimum of 1" clearance on the front fenders or back at the mud flaps. No clearance issues with the UCA's either.

I wonder is the KO2 will fit with the Method Wheels and 275/70/17 or do I need to stick with the factory tire size if I want to go with the Method wheels?

KO2's always run smaller.
