2014 Limited cargo area fender well top panel removal

I have a 2014 Limited and I want to take off the top panel of the passenger side fender well in the cargo area so I can install a 12v outlet with a voltmeter for a dual battery setup to run my ARB fridge. Is there a way to remove this panel without breaking it? I can partially get it off but there is still something that always seems to be holding it down. I'd just like to know if there is a proper way to do it before I just bite the bullet and break something. Thanks

Rear Wheel Well Storage?

Everything you need to know or want to do has been done by Antman. haha. That whole thread is pure gold.

Just realized the link from antman's thread went to a different one.

You should take off the entire side panel first. Little bit of a PIA. Must remove back seats, trim at hatch threshold and a couple of screws. It's actually very easy but having to remove the seats makes very little sense.
