5th gen OEM coils spring rates?

I am looking for info on the OEM coils on the 5th gen 4runners. I am looking specifically for length, coil diameter and spring rate. Also, are the OEM UCAs the same between the 4th and 5th gen 4runners?

I have a 4th gen ('05 V8) and a popular swap is the FJ coils. I have several lines on some cheap 5th OEM coils. I am trying to see what the difference is, if any, between the FJ and 5th gen coils.

Thanks guys!

The 5th gens are just like the 4ths, hell they might be the same. The SR5s & limited are super soft, definitely softer than FJ or Tacoma springs. The only worth while option MIGHT be the trail springs. I do know the pros front springs are a trd spec'd coil w/ regular trail rears.

I swapped my '05 V8 4th gen springs for barely used 2013 SR5 springs.

The result is nearly identical to what is produced when the swap is FJ springs. Spring rate is apparently the same or very close between 5th and FJ (and 4th). Length (5th and FJ) seems to be the same in front, slightly shorter in the rear, perhaps as much as half an inch.

See my discussion with thebwlife in this thread. His information ended up being dead on.

You'd think this would be something you should learn from the 4th Gen Suspension Options FAQ but my suggestion to that effect fell on deaf ears.
