Let's mess everything up and throw some 285s in the mix.

Thought this might be an interesting take looking outside. ...265 Revo II's on the 10'..... compared to the 275 KO2'so on the 16'......

Personally, I see a huge difference without whipping out a tape measure...

I also think they are just bigger tires. My Destination ATs were 285s and were only .6" bigger. That was one reason I didnt do 285s in the KO2s.

I've been reading through all these posts as my stock duelers are getting ready to be replaced and I really like the KO2's. One thing I was curious about is the puncture resistance of the the 275 - 10 ply tire vs the 265 - 6ply tire. Any comments on that would be much appreciated. Lately I've been attracting screws like nobody's business and am leaning toward the 275s partly for that reason. How much thicker is the rubber?

275s are definitely thicker. The 9-10 pound weight difference in each tire over the 265 tells us that. On my old 4runner with the old ko all terrains I once had a screw sticking out the edge of the tread on the sidewall while on a trip. I debated leaving it or taking it out knowing it was probably going to leak. I decided to take it out and to my surprise it did not leak and that screw was in the pretty far. A stock tire would definitely have had a hole in it.

You need to compare apple to apple. The weight difference is between C rated 265 and E rated 275. The weight difference between E rated 265 and 275 is only 3 lb. Now can't find a source of number of "plys" in each version of KO2. But if the design of E rated 265 is the same as 275 you can put E rated 265 to have the same size as stock Dueler and toughness of KO2 275.

Found another picture on the forum showing the difference between brand new stock Dueler and KO2 265. It's not only size that matters

I think you are wrong, I looked this up on the BFG site. 9-10 lbs difference on the KO2s.

Correct, I was wrong (but not much), as I used data from tirerack. On BFG site the difference is only 2 lb.

I stuck with 265 KO2's primarily to avoid any warranty issues. The ride is great, no extra noise that I can determine. Haven't had them off-road yet, just snow. Like 'em.

Not many people on here are running the KO2 34/10.5/17s. The couple that I've seen are saying no (or minimal) rub. Specs show the actual height at 33.5, one guy on here measured his at 33.2. Weight is the same as the 275s...
I'm trying to decide between these and the 275s, and am leaning towards the 34/10.5/17s

where are you seeing 34s in the KO2s especially with "no (or minimal) rub" ?
