I went with the LT265/70R17 load C.
How low and high do you go for various conditions?
If you air down what do you use to pump tires back up?
I’m new here and would appreciate any feedback including links.
Thank you.

It depends what load you carry. I have the same tires as you and usually run them at around 38 PSI front and back. I've seen folks run them at around 40 PSI as well to get better mileage. I just moved from Texas to the Chicago area and did the trip at around 42 PSI towing a trailer. I've since aired them back down to around 36-38 which is the sweet spot for a comfortable ride for my truck (my suspension was done to carry more weight than I currently carry).
I use the ARB deflator and ARB inflation kit, an ARB air compressor (model # in my signature) and a small tire gauge to check tire pressures. Depending upon your use case you could get something cheaper and portable or something better and mounted (like having a compressor and a tank etc). I have done a couple of trails in California and Texas in the short bit of time since I've had this rig and the lowest I needed to go on them was around 18 PSI. You should be able to go down to the low teens or perhaps even lower if you are driving on some soft sand etc.
