What thickness did you use on the top? Will you use the same thickness on the floor?

Work in progress… 80/20, bit of wood, and spray on bed liner…my version of GooseGear.

Still need to finish out stove slide and start working on fridge slide.

either 3/8 or 1/2"...i'd go 3/4" on the top next time. i might even be tempted to go with hardwood ply vs the cheap floor-grade stuff. the rest i'd leave exactly as the tutorial builds it.

im on dobinsons 2" lift - standard weight.
my drawer system weighs about 120lbs and feels like my rear dropped a bit after installing. i should've measured.

has anyone upgraded their coils to a medium weight?
we swap to toytec hd's when the drawers are in and we're loaded for a long trip. otherwise the wheelers springs are way too soft.

Post pics of your drawer/storage system

I’ve got OME 889’s (medium) with my drawers… about .75-1” difference (higher) in the rear.

This looks fantastic. I am thinking of building a shallower version, also framed with t-slot.

Do you have an dimensioned drawings or notes to share?

Does anyone know if carpet will stick to a drawer that was previously sprayed with bed liner type material that comes in the spray can?

I have a drawer that I sprayed with rustoleum bed liner spray and I’m finding it a little annoying when sliding stuff over it because of its grippy texture. If you’ve gone this route, did the carpet adhere okay? And if it did, what type of carpet and adhesive do you recommend? Ideally, I want it black and durable, but not break the bank.

I cut the carpet to fill the bottom of the drawers. Carpet doesn’t move and is easier to remove and clean. I used some extra residential carpet I had.

That looks sweet. I just got the same plans and am wondering after the build if you noticed a different ride with the extra weight in the back? I notice that it's often a topic of discussion but I want to hear from someone with the same set up as I'm planning.
