TRD Pro Review- Say it Ain't So

Oh, the humanity! Thought all you off-road roughnecks might want to read this article. Grocery getter, mall queen indeed. Gives accessorizing in the 4Runner context a whole new meaning. Can you order lip stick and nail polish in quicksand?

It is what it is, you see far more people with jeep rubicons parked at the local mall than people with trd pros

So tell me the ratio or rubicons made to trd pros made and then explain to me why your statement makes any sense...... "we are all far dumber now for having listened to you"

Actually that was a great write up on how vehicles are used 95% of the time. She even said she didn't use any of the capability.

OP hopefully you didn't start this thread expecting to ruffle any feathers because if you did, it backfired spectacularly. It was a good review.

Big deal. Toyota loaned a shopping blogger a Pro. Her review wouldn't have differed much if it had been a Limited or a Trail.

I equate it to seeing Ferrari's on city streets. No way most of them ever leave a valet lot but some people buy them to run on tracks and generally use them as they were designed. Same can be said about any enthusiast type vehicle. Seriously though, do you not go to the grocery store?

I've run across some blogs where a somebody gets some endorsements to create a blog post here and there. This lady takes it to a new level! Whatever SEO magic she uses, it's working. Looks like there isn't a product out there that she won't sell to get some $$$

She likes the RAV4 too!
Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio, cheap diamonds, Korean cosmetics, and chocolate truffles?!?! OH MY!!
After this post, I wouldn't be surprised if she becomes an official site sponsor of this forum!

The blogger, Tammy Litke, looks like a dude in drag... wax the lip before snapping a pic, dumbass.

Read the first sentence and threw up in my mouth a bit. Self important douche, I want that minute of my life back.

If this has any impact it will be that maybe a few extra moms who wouldn't have previously considered a 4Runner are gonna go to the dealer and end up with a limited. Good marketing on Toyota's part.
