Uneven wear on tires
Still trying to figure out my FOX adventure ... I am due to go over there and have them make them rights sometime in June... I will make sure to update the forum with feed back.. Me and a couple of the other guys on here have had issues with their FOX 2.5 DSC coil overs
with that said. I noticed that I have major uneven wear on my tires post the install. I'm not sure what is the deal, though I have had two alignments done after the install.
I called the tire shop to complain about the uneven wear and they mentioned it might be due to the suspension. What in the suspension could cause uneven wear on the inner walls of the tires?
Like i said, I have FOX DSC 2.5 with Camburg ball join UCA's
Pic for reference:

Both alignments from the same place? Didn't you post that it was an "old school" place that didn't use the machines? Maybe go someplace that can give a printout and see what it looks like.

Is that wear since your last rotation (less than 5k miles?). You're tires are obviously worn out, but I'd want to correct that before a new set starts to wear funny.

That's my goal.
I got manual alignment done right after lift.
than another one at Firestone about 3k miles later when I noticed the wear
However, I think it's still not right.
Any feedback on the alignment specs?

I can't tell all of your specs, but it appears that you have a camber issue and a toe issue. Negative toe means the tires are pointed away from eachother slightly in the front. That will cause wear on the inside of the front tires. Combine that with caster problems on that side and you've probably found the culprit. Hate to say it - but it may need another alignment. Unfortunately the shop techs are usually going to do the bare minimum to get into spec, rather than move the adjustable points to zero and then set all the alignment from a baseline of neutral.

the 2010 toyota repair manual shows all the alignment spec and procedures. camber should be close to zero . also you should have a slight toe in . not sure but 2 MM or so , measuring the rear to front front closer .
if the toe is out both tires will wear as you have. and hard to keep the vehicle going straight on bumps/dips in the road.
when the vehicle drops down you will get the tires to be more out of alignment creating more wear on the inner tire treads.
front tire edge should be closer than the rear edge.

Improper tire inflation can also cause uneven tire wear.
