Howdy folks, I picked up a new Super White Toyo 4runner SR5 on 6/17. Owned a WRX, STi, and a Mustang GT before this. The mustang had zero utility and was absolutely abysmal under 35 degrees. Decided to cut it loose and I never looked back.
Next Upgrades in the near future will include:
-Leveling kit for the front (1.5 inch) or full suspension lift.
-Roof Basket for OEM rack (need to research this, If you have any recommendations please let me know)
-Skid plates
-lighting system to mount on bullbar or roof basket
-TOP MOUNTED M249 SAW FOR ULTIMATE PEWS
6/17, bought her with 3 miles on the ODO @ Koons Tysons Toyota, negotiated in the TRD wheels. The next day I broke her in with a trek to Long island to see the Taste of Chaos tour.
6/24, TRD Wheels installed, along with General Grabbers 265/70R17. Also installed a Black Horse Bull Bar, which was given to me by my lovely GF.
6/25, took the Battle Wagon to George Washington National Forest trails with the old ladies Jeep Wrangler and my roommates 2014 taco TRD. The T4R is a BEAST, I was pleasantly surprised how well it did on the terrain with stock suspension.
6/27- Little simple mod that I always love doing to my foggers. Lamin-X Yellow tint Fog light covers. The little things in life...
6/28- Small enhancement, plastidipped Rear and side badges (did the front yota symbol the day I got it). Luckily the dip was dried before the rogue storm came through- I should REALLY look at the forecast before I paint shit. Also added OEM crossbars on the roof. Hopefully I'll be getting a basket shortly...moneys a bit tight since I just bought this guy
7/14/2016-
Dipped grille and 35% tint up front. Love how much more aggressive the front end is now. Also new plates
