Canvasback vs Ultimate Pet Liner

Looking for some feedback on these two. I hear that the canvasback is really slippery. For people who have the ultimate pet liner, what material is it? It looks like leather or vinyl.

I have the ultimate pet liner. I like it. I use it more for protecting the rear cargo area when i'm hauling feed for my horse or mulch etc. But it works well for pets also.

The one thing to know about the pet liner is that it stays in place using a seemingly endless number of velcro stickers that you attach to the plastic areas of the cargo area. I haven't had any problems since installing it, but it was an annoying process and I do wonder if the heat over time will be an issue with the adhesive used on the plastic.
