BFG KO2 vs Cooper AT3
Looked around for pics that would show a comparison between the two tread designs side by side, so I could see the difference in tread void, but didn't find much. Ordered a set of KO2s to replace my AT3s and figured I'd post some pics for comparison purposes.

Both tires are LT275/70/17. The AT3s have around 40k miles on them. The KO2s appear a bit taller and narrower, but they are unmounted and don't have any weight on them, plus the AT3s are at less than 1/3 tread.

Hope to find time in the next few days to get them mounted. Will post some first impressions when I do.

Oh yeah - actual weight of the KO2s in 275/70/17 is 54.5 lbs per my bathroom scale. I'll try to grab a weight of the AT3s, as well.

IMO you made a great choice. Ive tried a lot of AT's - I can't find one I like better than the BFG's

Im currently trying out the General Grabbers....not bad but not as quiet as the BFG's on the HWY.

I will be going back to BFG AT KO2
