Why do you guys do installs via removing the 2 bolts on the LCA instead of the 1 on the UCA/spindle? is it to save the cv's from being drooped out too far? I've done TONS of setups on my titan (also IFS, also with gayyyy cv's) and the only time i've ever removed the bolt on the ball joint for the LCA is when i upgraded LCA's to Dirt King.

C59-325 springs in the rear w/ GS59-701 shocks for a total lift of 2"

Also installed the diff drop kit as well.

-Also installed my Light Racing UCAs and Spacers when I did the suspension.

So far, I've put about 300 miles on the suspension setup and pretty happy with it so far. The installation was pretty smooth and straightforward, no issues there. The nose dive is essentially non-existent. The setup is a bit more firm than stock but I prefer it as it doesn't seem to be as "floaty" as it was before. It's definitely not "harsh" by any means. If I was to describe the setup, it's firm but absorbs a lot of bumps and road imperfections. Definitely pleased with my setup so far and can't wait to take it off-road to see how it does. Mike has been extremely helpful throughout the process and communication with him has been great. Definitely would recommend for anyone who is interested.

Looks perfect. Hoping to set up the wifey's trail like that

That's what a few people had suggested to me, and when I read up on it, it seemed super easy to me. The cv's stay where they are and the UCA joint on the Total Chaos arms is really big too. With the LCA being able to swing down further, we don't even need a pry bar to get the king strut assembly in or out.

Brake lines don't get touched either and they all stay in place.

There's definitely a few ways to do this install. I'm down for the easiest way!!

KDSS coil options

Just added the front and rear KDSS coil options into the first post. Here it is again though for anyone interested.

Front Coil Options, with KDSS.
Our front KDSS coils are 5mm on one side to be installed onto the US passenger side (right side) to compensate for KDSS lean. This removes the need for any trim spacer, such as the OME95PF5, which can't be used on our struts anyway.
C59-722 - Stock front end, low height lift, 1.25" lift
C59-724 - Stock front end load, 1.75" lift
C59-726 - 100-220LBS heavy load front weight, 2" lift
C59-448 - Stock front end, comfort option, 3" lift (should be run with long travel struts like 5100's)

Rear Coil Options, with KDSS.
Our KDSS coils are 15mm taller on one side to go onto the US passenger side (right side) to compensate for vehicle lean
C59-723 - Stock rear end, 1.25" lift, offset height coils for KDSS leveling
C59-725 - Stock rear end, 1.75" lift with 3rd row, 2" without, offset height coils for KDSS leveling (similar to C59-325)
C59-727 - 200-400LB heavy rear load weight, 2" lift, offset height coils (similar to C59-327)
C59-729 - 600-800LB super ridiculous heavy rear load weight, 2" lift, offset height coils (similar to C59-329)

Hey man, someone else today reminded me of this video (very helpful). You can see how they swing the lower control arm out and don't have to mess with the any of the other joints or brake lines (except removing steering and sway bar out of the way on a 4runner).

Yes, free admission to all members, and Thursday night is ladies night, free drinks until 9pm.

Just kidding....

I can probably arrange a "tax refund season" special discount, but it would be discussed over PM.

I don't mind a little Skittles once in a while, but those colors are throwing me off!

Is there any chance to choose coil color? Like as in... black? Or grey/silver?

Would have been nice if there were a group buy....

Anyone (Mike?) know what the comfort option is referring to on the 3" lift front springs?

And why is the 3'' suggested over the 2.5" standard load front springs?
