Odd Single Tire Wear - defective tire, wheel bearing, other?

I'm experiencing very odd tire wear on ONE of my four tires.

Tires: Cooper ST Maxx, 255/80/17, load range E.
Toytec Adjustable Coilover lift set at about 1.75" up front.
Stock UCA's, stock wheels, 1.25" wheel spacers
35,000 miles on tires, 42,000 on the truck.
3 of the 4 tires are wearing very evenly. I rotate and maintain/check tire pressures often (generally run at 38psi).
The alignment is good and truck tracks straight and is stable.
The subject tire is on the drivers side front right now. The only way I can describe the issue is that some of the tread blocks or portions thereof stick up much higher than the others, or conversely, some are much lower. This condition is the same across the tread width of the tire.
I noticed the condition on a routine tire inspection before a 3000 road trip I just took and monitored the tire the entire time. Drove fine except it appeared to get a little worse over the trip and the tire has become louder and you can feel the tread blocks as the tire rolls at very low speeds.

Took it to Discount Tire (place of purchase) thinking that this might be a tire defect and the guy said it was likely suspension related. He didn't suspect alignment as the other front tire was wearing fine and this tire had the issue all across the tread width. He said 'somethin' may be loose in there' pointing to the UCA.

Visual inspection of the suspension/lift tonight didn't reveal anything abnormal though the outer tie rod boot had some minor 'seepage'. Jacked up the front tire and couldn't get any noticeable side to side or up-down play.

Could this be a bad bearing causing this? Defective tire? Other thoughts?

Tried to take some pictures - hard to really capture it in a photo but hopefully it helps.

I appreciate any insight or thoughts.

Did you check the spacer to see if it's still torqued properly?

It seems likely that something on that wheel is worn or loose -- ball joints, strut rod bushings, strut mounts, control arm bushings. Does the truck go into / out of corners normally? Does it pull during braking? Does it track strait? Wandering? Do you feel any excessive vibration from that wheel, over bumps?

If one tire and it has been rotated over time, seems to me problem is that tire. Is it balanced? or damaged tire. Alignment (caster and camber) are adjustable and set at each side so can also easily be problem - find different shop.

Thanks for all the replies. Truck drives and tracks straight and normal. No excessive vibration over bumps. Nothing has changed there.
I could take it in to have the alignment checked to make sure it's still good.
I'm also going to rotate the tires and see if the issue shows up on the 'new' tire in that position or if the subject tire continues to get worse in its new location.
Good idea on checking the spacer. I did check them about 1000 miles after install but will check again.
