P0031 code and sensor location

Hello,

I do have a P0031 code since last Friday on my 2010 4Runner Trail Edition (Canadian). The code description: P0031 - Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 1).

I do have a few lights lit (Engine check, Terrain select (flashing), traction control) as seen in the attached image.

I've looked into the Repair Manual for the sensor location and only find the Bank 1 Sensor 2 and Bank 2 Sensor 2 sensors on the diagrams. Anyone knows which one it could be or where to locate the Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Heater Bank 1 Sensor 1?

I'm trying not to go to the dealer with this, but having no traction control is not fun during winter...

Anyone has this error code?

Really looking to get this fix myself instead of going to the dealer.

I had some free time, I managed to find the sensor, which is located on the exhaust down pipe between the manifold and the catalytic converter. I made sure that the connector was well plugged and played with the wire. After I reseted the code, the error was gone.... until I hit a bump on the road and the code was back.

Using my mirror And looking closely, the wire sheath seem broken at the sensor. I guess that may be the issue. This look like a PITA to replace...
