Bilstein 5100 kit with sotck spring, 2.5" lift up fron 1.5" daystar spacer in rear
Who is running this setup, anyone on stock tires by any chance with a picture? Have you run into any issues with UCA's? Should I do a diff drop too? I know everyone is going to say upgrade the springs too but it is just the setup I am going to be running for right now, stock springs have less than 1000 miles on them

Stock size tires and same setup as you're talking. No issues with UCA and no diff drop.
I've been running it for a full year and have had zero issues.

Bilstein 5100s front/rear @ 2.5 up front with 1.5 Daystars in rear
Stock UCAs, no diff drop, no problems. Stock springs and rides slightly stiffer than stock, which results in far less brake dive. Love it so far.

I would say ever so slightly, a little more wandering on the highway, but it's all relative to the driver. Would you get a better alignment with aftermarket UCAs? Yes. All depends on you the driver, what you prefer. I'm not as particular as others, so stock UCAs work for me. If you have the funds available, most say buy once cry once. All depends on you. I didn't have any issues getting it aligned, but the alignment shop I took it too often does lifted vehicles. Just be sure you don't take it anywhere that will align to factory specs, because clearly it's not factory anymore!

I have 5100s, on the 3rd setting in front (2.5" I believe) with daystar spacers in the rear. No diff drop, no UCAs. I have 285/70/17s. I'm right on the edge of "within factory spec" on alignments.
It rides so much better with the bilsteins, no more brake dive. I don't have issues with alignment and it feels fine on the freeway and higher speeds. The lift is a good height, and the 3rd setting in front evens it out nicely.
Sometimes I do consider getting springs, mostly because the 1.5" in the back is not quite enough and If I have the back loaded it can have a slight reverse rake which I don't like. I will probably get springs eventually.

I just installed Bilsteins 5100 front and rear set at 2.5. I also have 1.5 daystar spacers in the rear. For those who have the same setting, do you guys notice a front rake? I was hoping that it would be more level.

I am currently running the setup on some SCS F5s with BFG A/T KO2 275-70-17. Ran with stock UCAs for about 8 months no issues, but the ride felt dodgy and I was constantly playing with the steering wheel.
I added a set of JBA UCAs 3 months ago and the drive is much smoother with the added caster.

I have this same model. Did you go with stock coils, or did you lift with the 5100's?

How do you like the 275's? I'm installing a 2.5" Bilstein suspension lift with SR8 Matte Dark Bronze wheels, but cant decide on 285 or 275. I really like to 285 look but many are talking about body chops to prevent rubbing. Not sure I'm into doing that, hints the reason I'm asking about the 275's.

I'm running 5100's 2.5 and Daystar 1.5 with 17x9's and KO 275's....no rub until I did a 1.25 spacer and needed the BMC. 15 minutes with a sawzall, easy.

Lifted with Bilsetin's 5100
I want to know which springs can I use with 5100 Bilsteins?
I want to use the 2.5" setting with new front and rear springs.
I have a 2010 T4R SR5 Premium Package with 3rd row
With the 2.5" front setting can I use 1.5" rear springs? I want it leveled.
