springs for added front end weight (winch/Bumper)

As of this moment I have the 5100's on top setting (and 5100/icon2" in rear)....I'm planning on a winch and bumper totaling about 150lbs. I'm not trying to raise the truck anymore than it is. Also adding 70lbs in rock sliders as well.

What springs will hold the weight in unison with the 5100's and maintain my current height?

I found this info:

OME 2884 390mm, 590lbs/in, Bar Diameter: 16.5 mm,
OME 2884 Coils designed for 0-50 lbs of additional front weight (no bumper and no winch)

OME 2885 395mm, 590lb/in, Bar Diameter 16.5mm
OME 2885 Coils designed for 70-180lbs of additional weight (with bumper or winch only)

OME 2887 400mm 590lb/in Bar Diameter 16.5mm
OME 2887 Coils designed for 250+ lbs of additional front weight (bumper & winch)

But I guess I will have to call OME to find out if I will get lift out of them...if so im going to have to get into more issues with UCAs and such

I'm running 6112s with 2.5 in front and Toytec 3 inch superflex in rear. I have a pelfreybilt hidden winch and an XRC 9.5 synthetic. About 100 lbs of added weight total. Thst said I lost .25 inches of height in front and ride is notably harsher with stock weight springs. I'll be upgrading to OME medium springs for front soonest. Just food for thought.

Check the bottom of this post, and some further on. The additional weight springs aren't different spring rates, just taller springs (as shown in your specs). So when they have the extra weight on them, they compress to what a normal spring would without the extra weight. Hence without the extra weight these springs will add more lift than described. Also note that we're talking about GVWR +extra weight, meaning that this is when the vehicle is fully loaded plus the weight of the bumper/winch. If it's not fully loaded with bumper/winch then will get more than advertised lift. Unless you're loaded down for a week long overlanding trip you probably aren't near the GVWR +bumper/winch that would be required to get only the listed lift.

Their springs are not designed to work with anything but OME. There is another thread on this topic somewhere on here.

I have the same exact setup and plan to add a winch and bumper next week. Installed toytec/eibach 620lb front springs today. Set bilsteins on .85(second ring up) and the coils are 1.6" of lift. Gives you about the same lift you currently have and will support the added weight.

So, all the people who are running this set up (including your signature) are not actually doing it? or they are testing fate because something is going to break?

I had the coils powder coated to match the original TRD suspension although the stock rear coils were black. This is the 6112's pictured with the rear OME 2895's.

Wrong. They do work with 5100's. There's an entire thread of people using OME springs with the 5100's. They work.

Another Bilstein 5100 question

I know the exact post and thread you are referring to. Reading comprehension is fundamental here and I think you missed the point. OME springs were designed and tested to be used with their in-house struts but that doesn't mean they won't work with with other shocks like the 5100's. We obviously know that they will. There is a big difference between OME springs being designed and tested for the 5100's vs whether or not they work with 5100's. The answer is they work, hundreds are using the exact combo, and there hasn't been an instance of them failing just because they used a Bilstein 5100 and an OME spring.

Bilstein 5100 and Old Man Ema Spring
