center of hub to top of fender measurements
Since my truck has always been lifted. It's hard to know how much lift I have currently and this does not seem to be documented anywhere on this forum in a clean thread.
People often post ground to fender measurements, which is useless for comparison to other trucks since tire is part of that.
So I think it would be useful to post suspension setup and measurements in one thread.
I know the older trail editions had a different fender flare.. but those are rare enough that it should not be a big deal. Pretty sure all the other trucks have the same flares.
Here is my setup with no significant weight in the truck (basically unloaded)
I've got coil overs... so it is not really worth mentioning the settings or specifics of the suspension.
Front. 23.75"
Rear 24.80"
I feel I'm a little over 3" of lift, but not sure by how much. I would guess 3" in rear, 3.5" in the front. But can't find reliable measurements stock to be sure.
I tried to be very accurate with the measurements. Found the exact center of the wheels. Used a level then ran a tape measure up to the lip of the fender flare. I think my truck is pretty level. maybe a very slight rake unloaded. It mostly looks level, but depends on the slop of the ground it sits on. These measurements were taken on level ground.

Oh, and If I remember correctly, a stock Trail or SR5 comes in at around 19.75'' stock.
So If that is the case, I have about 3.5'' of lift in the front, and you would be closer to 4''.

I'll give you guys an accurate stock measurement today.
UPDATE:
2016 Trail Edition w/KDSS
Stock Suspension
Measured from CL of wheel to bottom of fender flare
Measurements averaged from both sides (vehicle sits visually level)
Front: 19.125"
Rear: 22.0"
This is mine with 30K miles and unloaded with 1/2 tank of fuel. I would say a brand new one might sit a bit higher and with an empty tank might change the dimensional average a bit too. For the stated intent of this thread, my measurement should be good enough for a baseline to determine how much lift you guys have currently.

My 2010 Trail with stock suspension and 25k miles on it was 19.25" in the front and 21.5" in the rear when I bought it a few years ago.
I think the trail fender flares are the same design, just a different material on the 2010-13 models.

Pretty sure they are totally different shape.

I owned both. Fenders are exactly the same. Flares are same thickness but the older version might have hung down maybe an 1/8 or so. Go up to my post above for updated measurements.

Yes same fender... but the flare is a different shape on the old trails. It's a little thinner on the top and takes up more room down low and sticks out much more near the firewall. I don't have one handy to compare, so it is possible I'm remembering it wrong. The new trails have the same design as all the others.

Totally stock 2013 SR5 - Full tank - Nothing loaded on board - 72.000 miles:
Right front = 20.0
Right rear = 21.8
Left front = 19.6
Left rear = 21.5
So if we compare your measurements to mine (right side) you are lifted 3.75 in front and 3.0 in the rear.
What this all means is that I can travel over a nine inch rock without touching anything while you can travel over a twelve inch rock without touching anything. Since I travel over tall rocks in Low range, first gear very slowly; when I hear a scrape I back up; then either go around or move the rock (or fill a hole).
Having never measured this before I was surprised that the left side of the truck really does sit about 0.3 inches lower on the left side - - 23 gallons of fuel plus weight of tank and skid plate (perhaps 200 pounds total?).

Daily driver and so far spending about 30% of time/mileage off-road. Previous truck 2004 Land Rover Discovery that also spent about a third of it's life off-road. I HANG AROUND HERE "THE T4R FASHION FORUM" JUST FOR LAUGHS.
Perfect vehicle as it stands for northern Nevada terrain. Keep it stock - it'll go most anywhere as is.

My pre-lift measurements (with sliders, roof rack and ladder, full aluminum skids, fridge, and tools/gear)
F: 19.25"
R: 20.5"
Sitting level side-to-side, within measurement tolerances.
Post-lift, with bumper and winch added (this dropped the front 1/4" before lift):
F: 22.5"
R: 23.5"
Still within an 1/8" side-to-side.

Thanks for the info. I sort of assumed 20/21.5" was stock, but it seems like most are little under that.
I would actually like as little lift as possible... You can clear more obstacles with approach, departure, and break over angle improvements. Keeping it as low as possible helps with stability. This can often be done with bumpers, cutting, belly tucks.... Unfortunately the only way to improve the break over angles on our trucks is lift/tires. The gas tank and rear lower control arm mounts are not moving, and a 35" tire is the absolute limit without going with the nuclear option. So a little more lift is a potential experiment after I reduce the CV angles and widen the track. I need a tad more clearance to get the gas tank over several ledges I encounter on a regular basis. Stacking rocks takes the fun out of it....

I was told by Toytec that the target factory (stock) measurements are:
Front = 20.0 inches
Rear = 22.0 inches
I never measured mine before the lift was installed. After doing the Toytec 2.5BOSS lift, I'm at:
Front = 23.0
Rear = 24.5

I am 23.25 front and 24 rear
After installation of my front bumper I had the alignment done and adjusted the coilovers up to account for the weight of the bumper. The ride was awful and I contacted Toytec to ask what might be up. They said that 23" was the max distance from center of the hub to the fender flare without it being to high. They also said 23" was 3" of lift. I brought it down about half an inch and it rode much better. Granted this is indicative of a toytec lift but maybe that's a reasonable barometer for where 3" sits? You could back into anything else from there assuming that's correct

This is a great thread, a shame that it didn't last and keep building.
I believe some models may have different heights, and since everyone is carrying different amounts of weight, it's hard to compare, but the more people that add to this, the better the averages will come out I think.
I'd like to see some of the 2016 and 2017 various models added.
My 2014 Trail was also already lifted before I bought it with a wicked lean.
